IC Shipmanagement Ltd. always careful take in consideration, that each vessel has its own crew specification, and it is our profession to select very qualified seamen, which is a result of years of experience .
In order to ensure this selection of very qualified seamen we are contracted to crewing agencies in Manila, Gdynia, Rijeka , Odessa and St.Petersburg .
Additional we are cooperating with other international crewing agencies, provided they meet the quality standards of STCW95, ISM Code and other requested requirements.
For all vessels in our fleet we use the BIMCO Standard Crew Management Agreement, which guarantee a well-balanced and clear operating conditions.
